So I wanted to explore doing covers but Im concerned about being bad at singing. How much can a mix/master save me. What could I do to make it easier to fix me.

@ivybnnuy Many people handle it differently. The main part is showing your appeal probably. You like singing? Throw in a small karaoke! You like drawing? Sketch something up real quick. Gaming? Yeah do that. You could also keep it as introduction only and do a follow up stream right after.

How generous should I be if a artist is overdue on vgen, and they arent responding to dm's? I am not in the habit of waiting month(s) when something is overdue, due to potential scammers. A week, week and a half? I dont want to be mean, but I also dont want to get used either. 🤔

@lawrenceinda Trends gives you an audience that may have never considered you but sometimes regardless of „trend“ you may have been interested in the topic already and just got caught up in it. It’s feels like a very personal choice, I respect both. As long as you are comfortable!

Very hot take; I don’t like “Trends”. Let me explain, content creators often join in on whatever is popular, everyone is doing and such. If everyone is doing it, then what makes me so special if I join in on it? I’m just another person joining that long train. This isn’t hate towards anyone who does trending stuffs, this is a personal thing. I just don’t see what exactly makes me as a person so special if I just do what everyone else is doing. People ask often if they would do the next trending game for example and in my eyes it’s like, why not just do what you’d like to do personally? I’m not in the creator space for popularity, maybe that’s the difference with me. Yeah I’d love a small community to spoil and do community nights and all that fun stuff but I don’t want to have thousands around me, I feel like that’s a lot of pressure. Yes, I know some will read this and just say “ignore them and just do what you want anyways” but the huge majority of the content space is surrounded by “Trending” and figured to give my honest opinion.

anyone who is very chronically ill and streams AND have schedules, how do you know which days are going to be good days or bad days. With me its really random and I could instantly get hit with being sick at any time, how do you know? I am scared I would be so inconsistent-
