Yk i just had a random thought but... Yall vtubers that don't draw and rig your own models rlly have it tough, huh. Like ik this sounds like the most humblebrag flex of all time but i rlly cant imagine the fear of putting down a car payment for a model and then waiting for 6 months w no guarantee that it will actually be done. I mean don't get me wrong I also have to wait 6 months sometimes but thats just cause I be doing too much. Ig the tradeoff is that the time in which I work on models yall can make content of all types, but damn. The debut planning of the average vtuber is nothing like how I go about it and that's crazy to think about

@Dexerto Streaming isn’t hard. Trying to make the equivalent income of your 9-5 via streaming is very hard. Being an employee will *almost* always be easier than being self employed (in general). My 8-6 low-voltage network infrastructure job doesn’t hold a candle.

@strawhats It’s either the worst phrasing ever and it’s just about the crew. Or it meant more (potentially the personality theory) If I look at a person and say who is HE, no one would reply this way meaning the crew.. but if it’s about his split personality. This phrasing works.

@SandblasterSzn Multiple battery back ups. When your power goes out it swaps to battery. The less you have on your backup the longer it lasts. One for your pc, one for your internet. Then you’re good to go unless you get a power outage that’s longer than like 20-30 mins

She live in a place that doesn’t have weather? Nobody’s power stays on for 4 years straight without a flicker.

@Layla_3D I’ve always loved the look of 3d, I like to go for a “soft 3D look” but I also just can’t achieve the 2D look 😂

I used to focus too much on making my 3D models look 2D. But now, I think both have their unique strengths! So I’m trying to make my models look good in 3D, while keeping that 2D feel alive💓cuz I don’t want to lose either!

@Kana_Fuyuko Sub division is so lovely tho😭 but I have commitment issues so I have mesh duplicates with alll sorts of modifiers and if I plan to apply a modifier I duplicate again 😂

Trying my best to re-study modeling and proportions, I can't believe it's been 3 years since I modeled a full character seriously (Been doing tech work). Currently challenging myself to model in perspective mode and not overuse subdivision modifier. Hope I can do this...!
