Analog is real life: mountain biking with your friends, going to your local synagogue, buying groceries from the neighborhood shopkeeper, watching their kids grow up, seeing the local brewery expand, celebrating new babies, mourning those who pass away, and ending the day with your usual aperitif at the neighborhood spot.
The future belongs to people who can bridge the analog and the net—who stay deeply rooted in their local communities while fully leveraging the power of the internet. It’s not one or the other. The advantage comes from combining both worlds.

People are yearning for more "real life." Running clubs, hiking tours, ski instructing... it's just so clear to me the explosion of analog.
2036 is going to feel like 2065, and because of that, the opportunity is to build businesses that feel like 1965

I am in Special Housing Unit (SHU).
My water faucet is broken.
I am not allowed bottles of water in SHU.
I have nothing clean to drink.
My only water comes from the shower, warm and from a brown and filthy faucet.
It has given me persistent stomach problems.
The water I am drinking is not clean, I am an American.
Innocent until proven guilty.
But I am forced to drink poisoned water.
Where are my rights?

The Danish version of USAID, called Danida, turns out to be just as full of retarded programs, like the 24m DKK spent on a Gender Equality Accelerator in Bosnia or 12.5m for music festivals in Mali. Danida's total budget is 23 billion DKK/year. Ripe for the chainsaw.
