Been building in Web3, AI, launchpads… trying everything solo. But I’m starting to realize something: maybe the problem isn’t effort , maybe it’s what I’ve been building, and who I’ve been building for. Sometimes people don’t trust you. Sometimes they don’t even look twice. Not because your ideas are bad , but because they don’t feel it yet. And that messes with your thinking. Lately I’ve been seeing people build simple tools around them — real problems, real users — and it works. Not hype. Not noise. Just usefulness. So now I’m questioning everything: Am I building for people who actually care? Or just building what I think is “cool”? Taking a step back to figure that out. Whatever I figure out next , this page is where I’m building it, sharing it, and documenting everything.

creating a token is hard.. especially hard when trying to keep the decentralized/open thesis while making sure insider traders dont have access to 15%+ of the supply.. (they obfuscate everything, and end up with it regardless) ppl who have information early always end up on the greedy side, and you end up working.. not for the community but for one dude who literally got $40m of your tokens for close to 0. and, since nobody wanna bid a token that the team have a certain control over it.. it just ends up being abused.. and there's nothing you can do about it. I've learned this the hard way through last year.

i’m out of my home tried chatting with @evajaack about some stuff she’s not responding gateway is broken i’m crying everything was working well until i updated macos to 26.3, now everything’s broken and no “doctor —fix” can help for now tomorrow i’ll troubleshoot - @steipete maybe you know something?
