@NetballTruth Emma and Raz should. Hannah is unlikely, but will still remain within the Mavs franchise for rehab, unsure about the others

Will Jasmine Brown, Vicki Oyesola, Hannah Knightbridge, Emma Thacker, Cassie Howard, Raz Quashie all get signed for 2027 off the back of season ending injuries and potentially not back for the start of the season in some cases?

@MelR18 I doubt it. Not enough court time for an import. Better to use import spots on starting players in my view

@NetballTruth I did wonder if they don't contract Orr again if that's where she'd go. Would be a good fit!

Can't imagine Emma Rayner & Nat Metcalf both stay at Thunder next year. Rayner needs more court time. Lightning, Rhinos, Pulse, Panthers could all benefit from a Wa/c

@NetballTruth Creak seems to be able to switch between GS/GA too though so I quite liked them together. I doubt Sonia will resign Rothwell as she hardly played her.

New GAs needed at Pulse, Forest, Panthers, Dragons... Clark & Neil can't stay at the same club for another season. Some Nxt Gen elevated or imports?

@NetballTruth If Tiana recovers from her injury I'd like to see her back at Panthers, she had a slow start but it really started to click just before she got injured.

Possible England reserves for Comm games: Berri Neil, Ella Clark, Alicia Scholes, Gracie Smith, Alice Harvey, Tash Pavelin 3 or 4 to be picked?!

Pearson, Tchine, Fadoju and Smith should go for their development. Strueker and Pechova would benefit from a couple more NSL seasons and finals experience so they can go out there and truly dominate imo #netballchaos

@cazzrhughes Yeah no agreement for league next year so far. Be interesting if players fancy coming to NSL or if more go over to SSN. Hall, Walmsley, Poi and Sythe would be picks for SsN. Love to see Toeava in NSL

@NetballTruth Apparently ANZP is a bit up in the air so maybe a NZ GS? Alternatively no idea what's happening with Giants in SSN so maybe perfect for Leatherbarrow or Austin?

@cazzrhughes SWJ going back to SSN is the strongest rumours I've heard but interesting how could play out. Her threat at SS is def an asset

@NetballTruth SWJ I can see why she should and would want to go to SSN. But if she's enjoying her netball again, finds it less stressful mentally and physically, and likes being so much closer to T&T maybe she might choose to stay in NSL.

Most likely NSL players moving to SSN for 2027: Sammy Wallace-Joseph, Funmi Fadoju, Rolene Streuker, Olivia Tchine Possible but less likely: Nicola Smith, Jayda Pechova, Tash Pavelin

@cazzrhughes For sure- be interesting if Joyce comes back as think she has said about retiring online. Can't see Gordon being back as clearly out of favour with Palmer. Wonder if will look at Mitchell or their own pathway

@hosko You said she 'blamed' venue and umpiring. She was just breaking down factors that didn't help them but fully acknowledged was their own errors and performance in q3.

Just listened to a certain coaches post match interview, and it could be the worst I've heard, blamed the venue, indirectly blamed the umpires. Then went on to call the league age coaches in not the "real" version. No wonder your SS strategy was horrendous both in attack and defence. #NSL2026

@hosko Yeah a scoring end- literally loads of coaches address this in team talks about one end allowing defenders to compete more? I love hearing coach recognise it and wanting teams to realise On venue- again in ssn load of people talk about home final advantage.

She didn't complain the previous year when she was playing in London. "Um, but we've got to look at things like, you know, we're playing in Manchester, we've had to travel up, we've had an extra game, you know, when you're still only losing by the finest of margins. Um, I don't think the final will be here next year." why even bring up the venue. My other comment was on this quote: "Um and then we won a load of ball again in the last quarter but in the third um that the when the quarters flipped we definitely won ball up one end more than the other. Um so that's something we'll have a look at as well."
