Decent points on poorly suited and booted men, but for me the main takeaway is that Rishi Sunak looks the odd one out. Making fun of someone's height is beneath me, but that's only because I'd dwarf the rest of them too.

Compare that with the recent NATO summit. With the exception of Biden, all of these trousers are too long, and more than some are too slim to hang cleanly even when the wearers are standing still. The fabric clings to the back of their calves.

Alcohol abuse is awful, but I'll choose that over systemic abuse of human rights in a zealous society of any faith.

I generally don't care about religion much, but just upon a simple glance at this map, it's clear that Muslims are eons ahead of Western culture when it comes to the consumption of alcohol(as it is forbidden or haram). Recent studies suggest there are practically zero benefits to this neuron-killing activity.

When a bank closes accounts of a politically exposed person because it can't trust there's no fraud, that's painful. When said miscreant claims that's political persecution, that's cringe. When a hanger-on closes his account just to belong to the crowd, that's priceless.

By lunchtime everything I have bar £100 will be transferred from my @Barclays current account and savings account to a trusted account at another bank. I’m not closing my @Barclays account. They will have to do that for me. We are about to see whether personal belief will affect your ability transact in the future. From my dealings with the other banks in the last three years, there will no doubt be vague mentions of “risk” and “compliance” Welcome to the Peoples Republic of Great Britain. This sort of thing should worry everyone, right or left. Because if they will do it to anyone, they can do it to everyone.

Cars are smart enough to know what class they're in and do some calculations, and refuse to drive unless the bill is paid. Big brother doesn't then come into it much. Tax free fuel would sell it.
