Great feature on BBC Countryfile with @Nigelrefowens showing him on his farm near Llanelli, I huge difference from his refereeing days. he seems to be enjoying his new lifestyle and I can understand why he enjoys it, I remember working on a dairy farm for 3 years and I loved it.

@BradfordBullsR 1969-70 With Frank Foster as captain, so saddened that Frank has died, they didn’t come any tougher than Frank, A Cumbrian from @WorkingtonTown where they make them tough. He played at @hullkrofficial for many years with another great Cumbrian Bill Holiday.
