It’s almost as ridiculous as it is funny, but the Nets were 21-33 entering the All-Star break last year when they were trying to win. They’re 20-34 entering the break this year when we expected them to be tanking.

Nets this season: Started 9-10 Went 5-23 Since 5-1. As close to the 5th worst record as they are to the 10th seed in the East (2.5 games)
