I have spoken to all the customer services. #Evri is a waste of time and sadly the companies have their hands tied and are unable to do anything.

Please, please when will big companies stop using #Evri . Problems with both #Next #TheWhiteCompany deliveries. Aaah one very frustrated customer.

@siobhanmcguigan I’m dumbfounded as to why large companies use them…. I’ve also had exactly the same problem. It’s on Panorama tonight.

Why is Evri not being investigated and closed down given it’s effectively stealing hundreds of packages every day. Yet another of mine gone missing. It’s appalling.

#Evri #MarksandSpencer #M&S please don’t use the term ‘trusted courier’ when telling me my delivery is due….. already a week late. Worse courier service . NEVER had a delivery on time. BIG companies stop using them…. Pleeeaase.
