Severe flooding in Mozambique has forced thousands of families from their homes. Children in overcrowded displacement centres face rising risks of disease and malnutrition. Relief efforts are underway, with the first Relief EU flight delivering 88 tonnes of aid to Maputo from @UNICEF's Copenhagen warehouse.

Almost 800,000 people have been affected by devastating floods in Mozambique. 🇲🇿 The EU 🇪🇺 is stepping up: €2M in additional aid, life-saving supplies with partners like @UNICEF_Moz, and flood-management experts on the ground. Mozambique is not alone - we stand by its people.
