But you could argue climate change is very real, but a lot of research and policy towards it has a "woke" angle by only addressing Western Nations, demanding unrealistic and detrimental policies from them and then working against best interests (see German nuclear)

At this point the ongoing “Merkava Massacre” is the result of a deeply flawed Israeli military doctrine coupled with the likelihood that the IDF Golani Brigade is refusing to advance without the protection of Heavy Armor. It’s not even that the Israeli forces haven’t learned from the Ukraine War that armor assaults of this kind don’t work. It’s that, I think, the IDF troops on the ground won’t commit to offensives unless their tanks are used as shields. But this is a waste. The new doctrine should demand that tanks be used in a support role as a mobile artillery operating on the periphery of battle.
