Seeing all the discussion about the state of the trenches and the overall negative sentiment around how corrupted crypto has become in general, I have a few thoughts to share. I entered this space before the pandemic cycle and came in as a believer in decentralized finance. I quickly became a meme and community enthusiast after spending my first couple of years with the Chainlink $Link Marines on Ethereum and went on to be part of a few of the closest communities in the space. A group of people with a shared goal, locked into the vision of the foundational values of a project can do amazing things together. After some years of seeing the ugly side of the space and ending up being broke after having my strong conviction exploited a few times, I ended up trenching on Solana. That's more or less the equivalent of gambling but old stubborn thinking about finding something "real" that I could "believe" in persisted and yeah, I got rekt. You would think the vision of "believe in something" would have died with my shitcoin portfolio but it didn't. I decided if I can't find a project to believe in, I'll build one myself. This is the result of that intense struggle to find "the one project to rule them all". I'm here to build something I hope will benefit everyone it touches in some way. So here I am and I'm not leaving. I will succeed even if it takes years and it might because I am not a wealthy man and I'm not well-connected in any organized cabals. I will keep this pure.
