Dude it's very simple he kicked his head off from his torso now Sabhi handed the head to Jinbei and Franky is keeping the rest of the body in check so unless u think the body can regenerate a head of its or the head can fucking regen another body for itself which is kinda impossible because then there would be two Killinghams the only reason is holy Knights can only regen when their head is atleast connected to the body
