Managed to visit the R K Narayan museum which was just behind our hotel (800 metres away). Man, so many memories flooding. From class 6 to college, I spent a lot of time in R K Narayan's fictional world. I also used to learn English words from it, everytime I flipped a page. Loving it. A good break away from cricket

I did this but then I missed important calls from plumbers, taxi drivers, & government officials attending my complaints. Here’s a trick that works for spam calls: Switch off your phone while you sleep. It will take your phone off the algorithm and bots. Works like a charm.

This is the best new feature on iPhone in years! Unknown callers need to introduce themselves and say why they're calling. My spam calls have reduced by 70-80% as I no longer answer such unknown numbers.

Exact same issue for me- I know my previous books and articles have been used to train AI (looking at you anthropic)- & when I run previous articles (written pre-AI) into AI checkers, they can come back as high as 90% AI. It's not artificial intelligence- it's collective human intelligence.

The first time I went abroad, my relatives provided me with a diary of names & contact numbers of Indians already settled abroad and I was like if I wanted to be friend with Indians even in a foreign land then why would I go abroad? Best place to find an Indian friend is India.
