During our November board meeting, NBISD Board of Trustees recognized our NBHS Volleyball team for finishing regular season play as DISTRICT CHAMPS! Our NBHS Marching Band was also recognized for placing 6th overall at the UIL State Marching Band Competition.

We would like to extend a thank you to all of our Veterans, and most especially those that were able to attend our ceremonies yesterday. Thank you for your service to our country. Thank you to our NBHS & NBMS Student Councils for putting together two wonderful programs.

We have had another week of our older lions mentoring and working with our youngest lions! NBES looks forward to their visits every time! Thank you, Lions!!

Students in Mrs. Pearcy’s kindergarten class were recently shown how bees pollinate other flowers. They also looked at parts of deciduous trees and evergreen trees. 🌳🦁

The NBHS National Honor Society organized and delivered a canned food drive to the Community Kitchen of New Boston NBHS: Lillian Brooks, Kaylee Rhea, Lontonio Swift, Hazel Longest, Veronica Pierce, Kenneth Curb, Payshenz Forte, Joseph Capps, and Kearyana Richards.
