The swan neck is a criminally under utilised piece of equipment. I never use a spider when to cue over a ball like that, always the swan neck. You can angle it downwards. It's easier to look over. I wonder why pros never use it? Am I weird? Club players, do you use swan neck?

@Nick_Metcalfe @SLSport_ I’m not a huge Ronnie fan, but when it comes to the World Championships, experience in playing snooker over multiple sessions is a big factor and that’s something he has more than most. Also, it was only last year when he got 2 maximums in the same match. Don’t write him off yet.

Looking back at the last couple of frames of this Stan Moody and Jiang Jun match is a sharp reminder that snooker can completely boggle the mind.

@TSnooker102 TBF, nobody has consistently played well over the whole season, as is proven by the number of different winners. Nobody has stood out. As for Judd, he’s having a bad patch similar to a few years ago, but he’ll come back.
