Congratulations to Aiden K. Feltkamp, winner of our $5,000 Hedwig Holbrook Prize! Through their mentorship with pianist and coach @hysterifrau, @TransCherubino conceived and curated the Anthology of New Music: Trans & Nonbinary Voices, Vol 1, published by @NewMusicShelf.

Bonus: to ensure accessibility across vocal ranges, Aiden has offered anthology users the option to request transpositions of included works into any key. We are so proud of what @TransCherubino has developed over the course of their 20/21 Turn The Spotlight Fellowship!!

This is the first vocal anthology to center transgender and nonbinary voices – serving vocal teachers searching for new repertoire for their studios, presenters expanding the diversity of their programming, and singers of any gender seeking out new works.
