El titulo es un poco bait xD Miyamoto hablaba de un aspecto general en cuanto a trasladar ciertos elementos de las películas a los juegos, no específicamente del pasado de Peach

En caso de ser Starline, siento que traerlo de vuelta es mandar a la basura la única vez que IDW tuvo los huevos de hacer algo que nadie se esperaba, matar y dejar en claro la muerte de un personaje. Y en general el personaje cumplió muy bien su función y tuvo un buen cierre.

7/10. The Animation, references, sound and cameos were all great but as a diehard Rosalina lover, I won't get over how poorly she was treated after her reveal. She got basically no other scenes or screen time after being captured until the very end. Mamma deserved so much better

La primera película le faltó desarrollo en su trama, que está bien pero le faltó profundizar más
Peor en la segunda tiene 4 sub tramas al mismo tiempo y eso hace que el clímax se sienta aún más apresurado que la ultima vez

Shigeru Miyamoto says he was originally thinking the Mario Movie sequel would take place in the Mushroom Kingdom but Chris Meledandri said they would like to try to do Galaxy. Miyamoto thought “that’s perfect.”! “I thought ‘that’s perfect’. I could really see how the world of the Mario games will unfold in the movies from now on with Galaxy. It isn’t a Galaxy in the sky of New York, but it’s a Galaxy in the sky of the Mushroom Kingdom.”

Fácil: Peach no recordaba completamente su pasado hasta que leyó el libro de Rosalina.
Igual hay varios otros errores en la película por los que realmente quejarse.
