@Mishi_2210 7 + 8 = 15
7 + 15 + 9 = 31
7 + 15 + 31 + 10 = 63
7 + 15 + 31 + 63 + 11 = 127
Not elegant like Groc's answer, but's how I got there.

I am nobody, you made me laugh and by pointing out rampant absurdities in the workplace, you helped normies like ne realize, "I'm not crazy, this shit is rediculous!" During the mask-up auto-pen, assassination atempt days you were a rock helping to frame events and blunt tge effects corrosive poly-sci narratives. You helped all of us nobodies. You deserve a PRESIDENTIAL MEDAL... not a meme coin.

I have a favor to ask.
If my work helped you, or someone you know, please follow my biographer and good friend @joelpollak and leave a comment here in case he wants to follow up with you on DMs.
It gives me great joy to learn about any contribution I made.
I tried to be useful.

The Pinky Trick: How to get out of a funk by moving your pinky
@ScottAdamsSays "Motion creates dopamine.
If you can move your pinky, you can probably move your hand. If you can move your hand, your arm will move and then you can stand up. So you just get yourself going by moving the smallest muscle and let that build. So that's how you get up.
So now I'm up, I'm moving, that's dopamine, playing with the dog, that's dopamine, and then, I'm just getting more active and doing a bunch of things, and eating some food that wasn't bad for me.
And next thing you know, all good."

In looking back on many of the elderly, now-deceased "Lost Generation" guys I grew up around I notice one important quality they all had:
They were not "niche." Their list of "non-negotiables" in a job, a wife, or a place to live was extremely short. They could thrive anywhere, anyhow.
These days, everyone has some extremely particular hangups, some obscure notion of how things should be, and very hard-line expectations for life that deeply handicap their ability to succeed.
Sure -- you need some non-negotiables. A Catholic needs a Catholic wife and a Catholic Church. A decent man draws his line against immorality. Someone might prefer the Southern heat to the Northern snow, or vice versa -- or they might prefer to work outdoors instead of behind a desk. OK; all of this is sensible.
But when you get into deeply-held convictions about the granular details of how life ought to be and look, you're often holding yourself back unnecessarily. You don't even realize the respects in which your own biases and fine-grain desires have built your prison for you.
I'm talking to myself here. I do this, too. It's normal in our era, I'd say. But really, what's one place to another? What's one Church to another? There's power in being a simple kind of man. You want to be the type who is resilient and can just make your vision work just about anywhere, anyhow -- you don't want to be finicky, particular, obsessive over the niggling little details, etc.
Whatever I'm looking for doesn't exist anyway. I need to build it myself. I need a good Catholic Church and a cheap piece of pasture. I have a good wife and a healthy baby. There's not really any sense in painting the fine details of my ultimate life vision before I've even gotten the paint out and the canvas wet. There's only a liability in that.
Better to be "rough and ready" with as few precious requirements as possible, I'd say -- and I think those old men would all agree with that.

My daughter's class is going on a school trip to NYC. Many of the parents are incredibly upset that the school would visit the United States where there is a "daily genocide of women, trans people, and people of color." The parents are not upset at what is happening in Canada or that @ZohranKMamdani is going to become mayor of NYC. They are terrified for their children's safety because of @realDonaldTrump. I have spent my entire academic career studying human behavior and human decision making, and yet I'm astounded by this level of suicidal stupidity.

Obama's radio silence and petty inability to acknowledge the incredible achievement of President Trump and his entire administration is so predictable.
He was never a world leader. He was never worthy of the office he held, which he only won because Americans wanted to finally put race behind them and prove that they were the good and decent people that they are.
Instead of saying thank you to Americans for their colorblindness, he started a race war.
Instead of saying thank you to Donald Trump for his supernatural ability to create peace under impossible conditions, he distracts.
The Obama era is one of the most embarrassing in our history and should be forgotten as a catastrophic and failed DEI experiment.

More than a decade ago, I sat down with @MarcMaron in his garage to tape something new called a podcast. This time, he came to me to record his last episode. We talked about the power of conviction, decency in an age of division, and the true story of America. I’ll miss Marc’s voice, but I hope his legacy of deep conversation and connection will continue.
