If you’re wondering how @newegg handles it when their selected carrier destroys $3k of gpus: they make the customer wait for a carrier claims process, even though the item didn’t even survive to your zip code. I’m out $3k while Newegg and UPS figure out who destroyed my gpus

@BitPaySupport @Newegg Your crypto checkout is trash. Half the time it fails, and you just have to remake the order. This time I can't remake the order because I'm limited to one of this item, so I just can't buy it now. Bitpay is barely usable, and doesn't even support Dash. I'm going to go buy these on Amazon now through Dash Spend. I would prefer to buy from Newegg, but apparently I can't.

Ordered my wife a new prebuilt gaming PC from @Newegg and it arrived completely damaged… she’s so upset! Now I have to go through the replacement process (which take 3-5 business days for them to review), ship it back and wait for a new unit. What a hassle! 😭

@Newegg customer service has fallen off a cliff. I ordered a dock for a multi screen set up but I can’t use it because it uses software which collects information and can send info to third parties. I contacted them to exchange it and they said 1. I could not because I don’t have the shipping box. 2. I threw the plastic covering the components away. Not purchasing anything from these clowns in the future.
