We are soon going to be using a new online system for patients to submit their queries to the practice called Patient Triage. This is to reduce the amount of time patients are waiting in the phone queue and it also allows patients to submit their requests quickly.

On Monday 19th June we will be going live with our new online consultation service 'Patient Triage'. You will be able to use the form on our website (linked below) to contact our practice for medical or admin requests from 19/6/23. newgatemedicalgroup.co.uk
