During recent night time economy shifts, officers have increased foot and mobile patrols after recent burglaries and thefts in the Newquay area. Please check your property is locked and secured at all times.

Inbetween dealing with other incidents, Newquay Response Officers have been conducting high visability patrols throughout the night assisting Newquay Neighbourhood team. This is due to reports of Anti social behaviour in a particular area. @NewquayInsp @NewquayPolice

Some of Newquay Response Police took part in today's 5k rainbow run in aid of the amazing @CHSW to try and raise money for people who really need it. Very well organised event and hopefully they have exceeded their target of raised funds.

On Thursday 28th April 2023, Newquay officers welcomed St Columb Rainbow and Brownie unit at Newquay Police Station. The Rainbows and Brownies participated in activities such as taking their own finger prints and exploring our vehicles.

Police are currently with a broken down vehicle A30 WESTBOUND just after FRADDON, near McDonald's. Lane 1 is currently closed. Please slow down coming down Highgate hill and prepare to move over.

It may be the winter months, but that does not stop @newquayresponse being out and about. Tonight in between incidents, licencing checks completed in the centre of Newquay and actively engaging with staff in venues and members of the public whilst on high visibility foot patrol.
