We were delighted to welcome Timothy Wilson and Philip Hughes to school this morning as they distributed New Testament Bibles to our Year 8 pupils on behalf of GOOD NEWS for Everyone!
Year 10 pupils had a great time at Ceramic Club this past term. They made beautiful envelope pots and Christmas decorations.

Newtownhamilton High School will be hosting an Act of Remembrance on Monday 11 November 2024, commencing at 10.40am. This event is open to parents/guardians, friends and community members.
Pupils and staff at Newtownhamilton High School celebrated European Day of Languages on Friday during break with an array of ‘viennoiseries’ to choose from.
Coming soon – a great evening for the whole community as we welcome The Khulula Choir from Swaziland. This evening will also feature musical performances from both Newtownhamilton High and Newtownhamilton Primary.
Newtownhamilton High School would like to thank Mrs Gibson from AR Marquees for the sponsorship of our new set of rugby jerseys and also to Mrs Watt from The Millwheel Dungannon for sponsoring our wet weather jackets, both manufactured by local business KIT Sportswear.
Year 8 History pupils ended the term with an enjoyable trip to Carrickfergus Castle. Everyone had a great time exploring the castle, finding out more about the Normans and what life in a medieval castle was like.
Ceramic Club:
A great time has been had at our ceramic club this year. We had a smaller group of year 10 pupils staying after school.
