What are insect proteins? It is proteins derived from insect that can be use as food or feed. It is a sustainable source of proteins. House cricket are used for human consumption and black soldier fly as feed for pets and animals. Check our fact sheet! 🔎 loom.ly/BaLeuiY

💡 What are single cell proteins? It is proteins derived from unicellular microorganisms such as fungi, algae, yeast and bacteria. And you can eat them! The Torula yeast from @arbiom is tested in the NextGenProteins project. Check our fact sheet! 🔎 loom.ly/BaLeuiY

What are proteins from microalgea ❓ Microalgea can contain up to 70% of proteins and full of good and healthy minerals and vitamins. NextGenproteins project is testing application for this novel food product rich in protein. 💡 loom.ly/BaLeuiY
