I’m building NextRPh — a high-yield PhLE review project. Here, I share free board-style notes, easy points, and common traps. Designed to emphasize high-yield concepts and exam-relevant reasoning. If you want early access or a sample of the full modules when they’re ready, DM “NextRPh”. @NextRPh_PH #frph #Pharmatwt #studytwt #phle

Sorry for being inactive here on Twitter lately. I’ve been busy guiding 50 April takers who are doing pure self-study with no review center, using only my books. Quiet grind behind the scenes. Rooting for all of you. #phle #pharmatwt #studytwt #nextrph

✅Answer: B A partial agonist has lower intrinsic activity than a full agonist. When both compete for the same receptor, the partial agonist displaces the full agonist and reduces the overall effect, even though it still activates the receptor. ❌ Why the other choices are wrong: A. Incorrect Adding a partial agonist does not increase the maximum effect. It lowers it by replacing a stronger activator with a weaker one. C. Incorrect Potency affects dose, not the direction of effect. Even a very potent partial agonist will still reduce the effect of a full agonist. D. Incorrect This describes noncompetitive antagonists. A partial agonist acts as a functional antagonist only because of lower efficacy, not because it is noncompetitive. ❕❕I’m building a reviewer that focuses on questions like this. Mixed topics. Elimination-based. Full rationales. Free questions here are just a preview.

[MODULE 1] PRACTICE QUESTION A full agonist produces 100% effect at its receptor. A patient is stable on the full agonist. A partial agonist at the same receptor is added. Which statement is MOST accurate? A. The partial agonist will increase the maximum effect because it adds more receptor activation B. The partial agonist will decrease the overall effect by competing for receptors and producing a lower intrinsic response C. The partial agonist will have no effect unless its potency is higher than the full agonist D. The partial agonist will only reduce the effect if it is a noncompetitive antagonist Reply with the best answer and your reason. #frph #phle #pharmatwt #studytwt #MOD1

@RPhSoonC You’re right 👍 Silver has the highest electrical conductivity, followed by copper, then gold. Gold is often highlighted because it resists corrosion, which is why it’s used in electronics. Appreciate the correction :)

When the results came out and I saw that I got around 90%, I just stared at the screen for a while. Not because I felt proud right away, but because it finally made sense. Self studying didn’t make things easier. It just forced me to think more clearly and find my own way. If you took the time to read this long post, thank you. 6/6

That became my edge, even though I didn’t realize it at the time. By the time exam day came, I was nervous. I did not feel exceptional or confident. But as I went through the questions, something felt different. The exam didn’t feel unfamiliar anymore. 5/6

❕❕Study tip ❕❕ Most questions are answered by eliminating wrong choices, not by finding the perfect one. Practice explaining why each option is wrong.
