Reflecting on my decision to go to Penn State while back on campus ⬇️

My advice for young football players: use football, but don’t let it use you. I used football to help propel me to the next level of my career. Young athletes need to understand you’re in control of your narrative, no one else.

Reflection while back at Penn State last week: Failure is part of the process. What feels like a setback can be the turning point. Failure isn’t final - your response is what matters.

Football teaches you a lot about life. The locker room is the ultimate melting pot. Different backgrounds, different beliefs… all chasing the same goal. That’s what makes it special.

Great to see Florida Head Coach @CoachJonSumrall! Had to reminisce a little about when we went up against Troy back when I was at UMass.

Penn State has a sweet golf simulator inside the football facility. Tried it out with OL Cooper Cousins… safe to say he’s much better. I’d definitely be in there a lot if I was still playing. S/o @travismathew for having me outfitted right for some golf!
