The Washington County, Wisconsin, County Board is considering a resolution to rename County Highway Trunk K “Charlie Kirk Way.” I support this. What happened to Charlie was an attack on American values, ie free speech. He has been so monstrously mistreated, mocked and mischaracterized posthumously that I find this resolution refreshing and a positive statement of who he really was. The only negative I see is the $50,000 cost. I wonder how many people criticizing this are fine with Cesar Chavez Drive in Milwaukee despite the allegations emerging about him? What do you think?

Weather Update: The system this coming weekend is now expected to push farther north than previously expected. A winter storm watch remains in effect, as we are still likely to get a few inches of snow (~6" total) along with some ice/freezing rain. But now, with the system moving somewhat more north than expected, will now introduce a severe weather threat Sunday Afternoon when temperatures briefly warm into the upper 40s. Uncertainty remains high and updates will be provided. But currently, damaging winds up to 60 MPH along with hail up to the size of quarters (1" diameter) will be the main threats. Tornadoes will not be expected at this time.

Ryan Poles acknowledged that the Bears had dialogue with the Raiders on Maxx Crosby, but didn't offer more. Says they are always monitoring situations like that.

The #Bears still haven’t addressed an edge or made many moves today. Despite what Raiders said today and Maxx said last night, that doesn’t mean he WON’T get traded to Chicago! After all, “believe nothing you hear and half of what you see!”
