So I have this vintage boat shoe I took for repair in the front. LG. Few days ago I purchase this athlete foot powder cause a B be getting the blisters sometimes. Powdered me feet, walk in me shoes. Didn’t the powder start puffing out on the sewn parts of the shoe 😭😭😭😭😭

My bi-annual retreat at Volmead in Hermanus Cape Town is one of the best things I've ever experienced. A reset of spirit soul and body.. thankful.

In Cape Town & I visited the Desmond and Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation. The scenic drive from Hermanus through Caledon to the tree of the slave trade, the Cathedral where he congregated, the arc of the Arch and Tutu's exhibition..insightful
