I thought the proper amount was 8 hours a day. Even though I have trouble sleeping, when I do manage to sleep, I sleep for many hours, I think that helps. And even after going back to work, I’ve reduced my routine a lot.

It’s not irrelevant, it’s really kind of you to worry about me, especially now, outside of a consultation. You don’t need to worry, I’ll eventually end up falling asleep. You should rest too.

In general, I have trouble sleeping. It’s been happening for a few years now. I can avoid coffee or reduce screen time, but it still persists because of things that happened to me before, it kind of still disturbs me.

I should be taking something other than melatonin? Well, about work, I only went back this week and I’ve only had one meeting, so my lack of sleep isn’t because of that... *sighs*
