@jackheath Not sure this is the philanthropic culture we want is it? Least we end up providing a greater platform for what are sometimes bad faith actors using their philanthropy to wash their profiles.

The case to double giving - first up, Hon. Dr Andrew Leigh. Speaking of the disconnection crisis in community - reduced sporting participation, volunteering etc. Leaning into the importance of data and evaluation (particularly randomised trials).

Lisa George opening up the day, talking about reforms needed to double giving in Australia (theme of the summit) and reflecting on the reforms needed to enable it. Thinking we should put on the reform agenda a plan to give all ACCOs DGR1 status… #doublegiving2023
