Steady weekend away that… day at the beach in the North East Saturday, full day @Beamish_Museum Monday and finally paddle boarding & kayaking at Seaham this morning! The wet suit pictures weren’t broadcastable 🙈

@MrAndrewCotter Our Labrador also called Storm thinks the world revolves around her too, she hasn’t gatecrashed an event as big as that yet though!… best not give her ideas mind 🤫 Although if there were any big events in the water - she’d definitely be interested in that!

Eventually found out that it was Storm at the ceremony last night with triathlete Oscar Kelly. Such is the nature of Retrievers, Storm probably thought the entire show had been laid on for his benefit.

Brilliant 1st ever @DynamosCricket festival today! The kids had great fun & the weather was nice too! Thanks to @louthcc for hosting and putting in a team along with @CTLaportescc @GrimoldbyCC and a hybrid team of @SleafordCC & Grimoldby (Grimford!) All teams won at least 2 games

Pleasant day today, 23 years of marriage celebrated with a warm & wet trip to @NTmidlands Dovedale with the 3 young Youngs and Storm 7 miles completed, lots of water play for the 🐶 followed by a lovely meal tonight - worst days to spend! we were only 12 when we tied the knot! 😂

Day 3 of jubilee saw family Young head to @AlveySchool for the 1940s day. Lovely time with music, stalls, games, dressing up, seeing old friends and the highlight - the tour of the air raid shelter, thank you! Nice to see one of the original inhabitants there too #emotional

Day 2 of jubilee saw family Young visit the @IntBCC for the first time and also @CranwellMuseum - lots of crafts and games for the kids, and of course a picnic too! Back in time to watch a T20 masterclass from @YorkshireCCC to make the day complete! What will day 3 bring?…

That was a nice start to the #JubileeWeekend an interesting day of test cricket followed by beacon, fireworks and live music at Scrivelsby near Horncastle. Excellent value and a lovely evening with family! We move on to day 2 - can’t wait 🇬🇧 👸🏼 🎉
