This scene is messed up. Homelander lies right to Black Noir's face and wants to kill him, just to screw with his head. Noir panics and runs, only to come back and quietly end the lady anyway. i think this shows what a cold sociopath Homelander is, manipulative and twisted as hell. The animation makes him feel even darker tbh
