This would be groundbreaking, combining Sociology, Psychology and Sport Science to help CSA better understand development in black communities. We would have the support of SACAP and Sport Science. If you want to help CSA Transform, help us get this study off the ground.

@GaytonMcK At the CSA DEI Indaba I proposed a research project to help CSA better understand the core issues getting in the way of black talent thriving. I met with Sheryl Calder who was keen to join forces.

There are many of us on the ground doing all we can to help transform the sport. Spending hours and hours for free. No ons says black kids aren't talented. But we on the ground know what the issues are. It's the ignorant elite who don't care to ask us @GaytonMcK .

@GaytonMcK You're willing to make threats about transformation in CSA but when you're invited to the CSA Transformation Indaba, you don't show up and your deputy shows up 2 hours late only to tell us she has nothing to add. Don't pretend you care about transformation in CSA.
