I like how silly he’s being with it 😂 I think we all need to be more accepting of the fact that there are many different types of people; some people were raised to value hard work and diligence and to believe that’s all that would determine success. Some have learnt or known intuitively that attention will likely get you further/faster in today’s world. Neither path is bad necessarily.
