I can confirm, this is the first time the U.S. Attorney's Office in New York has issued a press release or tweets in Ukrainian:

I was walking to my car and someone was sprinkling salt over the parking lot and I said “don’t forget the pepper” and he said “wait what” and then I had to explain the whole thing and how I thought it would be funny and basically, just.... no one talk to me for an hour or so
