Highlights from the Capital City Clash tournament! Won both the 14u and 15u championship with a combine record of 9-1! @LevelUp7on7 @Gilbert__FB @coachngraham

It’s meet day! Tigers head to Mason City. Field events start 3:30 Running 4:30

At the end of my freshman season I weighed 140lbs! I then set a goal to be 160lbs by next year! I am proud to say that I have reached that’s goal, and am at 170lbs with 6 months to still get bigger and stronger before Fall! @Gilbert__FB @LevelUp7on7 @coachngraham
