Intervention is always possible no matter ideology, it’s individuals not governments who have issue with integration and individuals who commit the violence

I believe that to be an impossible conversation. Attempting any kind of integration with certain ideologies and belief systems will in my opinion always result in eventual hostility. If governments (not rulers like they seem to think they are) stopped introducing problems, we wouldn't need to have any conversations about how to fix them.
