@Vicky Have been seeing the logic of this recently. There was a moment in young life when we were nearest perfect. As we live, we accrue burdens. Freeing ourself of these before life ends is the end goal.

to avoid burnout at work use the 30-30 rule: after 30 minutes of work, quit your job and disappear into the mountains for 30 years.

Don’t bury feelings or doubt your judgement. Trust your gut. You can assess constructively without being judgmental. Truth is what matters most.

Give and give but what if you ask for support instead. Easy way for giving people to assess if those you care about care about you.

Wether diving into the depths of the universe or checking off task list items, we want to work with what we have, not to sit idle with it. We must always contribute, and contribute in a way that benefits others as well as yourself. This might be work, it might be social engagement, it might just be being present with another person. What advances the collective good the most; this might be one of the more correct questions. This question is on a grand scale, it’s not limited to just your own life. All of our lives will dissolve into the future which will be built on our collective effort. We might feel like individuals, but we are one unit. We are one people

Never be upset with or blame others. Just learn and adapt.

Don’t take everything to 10 right away, spend a bit of time at 1, 2, 3, and so; know why you are moving up a level, don’t just do it to do it.

Imagine living a life where you never see clocks and you never see calendars and you have no idea how old you are.

Even with AI providing real time access to data, I like a binary dashboard that shows my key numbers to watch. Assuming growing trust in AI will replace this, but valuing what is while it still is.

Don’t spend time on tasks that can be condensed into mere moments.

As you identify relationships between components and apply efficiencies, many components compress into fewer components, and once this is complete, those several components become one, join other condensed components,, and create a new system. It is not obvious that there is an end point to this pattern. Interestingly, it mirrors how stars collapse and combine.

List your components, define their functions, analyze their relationships, identify more efficient pathways between them. This is my formula for system optimization.
