Students learn through a variety of methods—Socratic exchanges, visually, reading and writing. We shouldn’t give short shrift to any medium at our disposal to improve the educational experience. I may write very well—but that’s not going to seamlessly translate for every student.

How are Americans thinking about single-payer in light of Covid-19? Some pieces have been written about why this disparate, expensive system (if you can call it that) has hindered our response.
Others have told me the two aren't linked at all...

Can someone please explain whether the federal government has authority to decide where and how tests should be distributed and, if so, who's in charge and must the decisions/criteria be transparent?
