5) Finally, I was reminded at how lucky I am to work with such amazing people (I can’t name them all here) as historians. We carry on the ancient responsibility of telling our stories, we cannot take that for granted. I think that tradition is in good hands. /End

4) because these sessions were about graduate student and post-doc funding. Not seeing ANY faculty members except the CHA president (outgoing @stevenhighmtl and incoming Don Wright) was really disheartening. Grad students and post-docs need allies, not indifference.
