@NickMcCarthyPT I just use a basic metronome app at 60bpm—1 sec up, 1 sec down—to make sure they are completing reps at a standardized tempo.

I’m finding peak force assessment with HHD for gastroc / soleus very challenging. Clinically at this point in time I prefer a simple SL heel raise (measuring heel height and max reps with a metronome set to 60bpm)
