@mmc_im A double-blind, placebo-controlled study of 14 pts w/ psychogenic polydipsia showed that either enalapril, clonidine, or both combined provided benefit in ~60% of participants. Small study, and direct I/O's were not measured, but a place to start? tinyurl.com/y4l8sphy
