@cait_astrophic Surely the prominence of the brand trademark on the item is important. A Hanes T shirt is almost anonymous. Where as Nike embellish their products with their logo. And that adds to the perceived value due to brand recognition

@NickSternPhotos So when you buy a blank t shirt from Hanes, and then put a design on that t shirt and resell it, with the brand still on the tag, does Hanes have any legality in suing the business selling their prints but putting it on a branded product?

Am I the only one interested in the lawsuit between Nike x MSCHF? When you buy a branded product, do you own the ability to modify and resell or are you still indebted to the brand? At what point is the transaction done? 🤔
