@SamaHoole How do you actually practically go about ordering JUST the patties in McDonalds??

The experts would rather you didn't know this, so naturally I'm going to tell you. A stack of bunless burgers from McDonald's is one of the cleanest meals you can get your hands on. The patties are 100% beef. No fillers, no binders, no additives, whatever people insist on telling you. Cooked on a hot plate in their own fat, not a drop of seed oil in sight. Cheese is up to you. The point is what you leave behind: the bun, the sauce, the fizzy drink. The carbs, the seed oils and the sugar, gone in a single order. What's left is beef and fat, the two things you actually need, for under a tenner on any high street in the country. Handy for when you're on the move and nowhere near a kitchen. The gatekeepers would have you believe eating well takes a farmers' market and forty quid. It takes a drive-thru and the confidence to say no bun.

Biggest financial mistake for me. “Switching Cars too often” Between the ages of 20 and 37, I have switched 7 cars. s2000 Honda G37 Infiniti 350Z Nissan 370Z Nissan Xterra Nissan Q60 infiniti C43 AMG Now Q5 e-tron. (among other cars) I did a calculation. That is roughly 400K wasted. Imagine if I invested that back in 2003, I would be on a beach somewhere. Be smart with your money. Car has been the one of the biggest wealth killer for me beside alcohols.

@Kxngstn_ This seems flawed, I'm 45, muscular and 11% bf, 28 inch waist, at 6 foot. And I don't consider myself the norm. I'm 73kg, which is pretty light for my height, and I fit in the middle of that chart range. I think it's asking a lot for people to fit those metrics.

Late to the party, but I've started watching Season 1 of House. Same narrative every episode: Patient has mysterious illness. Hugh Laurie (House) gets diagnosis wrong. Patient nearly dies. Hugh Laurie gets diagnosis wrong again. Gets threatened with being fired. Patient nearly dies again. Hugh Laurie has last minute leftfield idea. Gets diagnosis right. Doesn't get fired. Eight seasons of this?
