No, the average US person cannot realistically afford one. Pre-1986 transferable machine guns (the only ones civilians can legally own) are capped in supply and sell for $20k–$50k+ as entry-level collector items, with many models far higher.
Add NFA registration, background checks, and a $200 tax stamp. Median household income is ~$60-70k/year, so it's a luxury most can't swing.

You claim to know guns but you don’t know that you can get a special license and own a machine gun that was built before 1986. Derp

Babe wake up, another tone deaf politician made a cringe "freedom" video using a gun that normies can't own.

@CoachP_DLine @FiredCoaches It’s just a part of baseball culture. Normal celebration is fine, but staring down the catcher and dropping your bat on him is way over the top. Imagine in football you score a TD and the WR walks onto the opposing team’s sideline and drops the football in front of their bench.

@Nick_1136 @FiredCoaches Yea see that’s really soft and sensitive on the part of the pitcher and his teammates in my opinion.

@CoachP_DLine @FiredCoaches Pimp a home run like that, some pitchers might start to throw at your head or your teammates heads. Minors and majors, that’s anywhere between 80-100 MPH. Also could get you decked as you round the bases and have a squad whooping your ass until your bench can get out there.
English

@FiredCoaches Yea this is where my disconnect shows up because of the Cam Newton clothe that says if you don’t like it me celebrating, stop me from having a reason to. I admittedly wasn’t a baseball guy though so maybe some norms I’m unfamiliar with here.

@SleeperReds Every pitcher seems to do substantially worse when Trevino is catching

@JJWETHERH0LT @AmericanFTW I think his point is that you didn’t choose your home teams so you’re not an authentic fan. I don’t think it has to do with how well the teams have continued to do.
English

@AmericanFTW — when I got into football 2015 or so, the lions were really bad , so I picked between the panthers and broncos
— when I got into baseballl, the tigers were also really bad, so I picked the cardinals instead

@Nick_1136 @Reds Don’t worry yall will maybe have a chance next game if you get a few .08 XBA hits
English

@JustalilPolarb1 @Reds Oh no, we lost one game in a four game series. Try not to get rallied again, that was embarrassing

@NickJFuentes So as a Catholic, you’re voting for and leading your audience to the party of abortion? You’ve got quite the confession coming up.

Hollywood’s big lie is that the popular kids are all evil bullies who hate you.
In reality, the popular kids are generally nice, chill and accepting. They probably don't really think about you at all, if they do their opinion of you is probably vaguely positive.
Remember that the people who write movies and TV shows are deeply dysfunctional, insecure weirdos and they’re the last people you should look to for opinions on how the world works.
My experience is that despite thinking of themselves as the good guys, it’s the nerds and weirdos who were always the meanest bullies that picked on anyone who didn’t follow their rules.
