The Stark difference in the way that Measles are portrayed on TV before and after Big Pharma really started fear mongering.

@JillFilipovic First, why not check in and evaluate the teachers of millions of illiterate high school seniors who are functionally illiterate Once you fix that disaster, then go ahead and start judging homeschool parents

I ran a 7-year study for the National Science Foundation, reviewing the MIRs of over 6,000 Americans, and here's what I found: - People with perfect bloodwork were packed with visceral fat. This is the fat you cannot pinch, cannot feel, and your doctor has probably never shown you on a scan. - I watched patients lose more visceral fat from eliminating processed food than from any drug, any supplement, and any year-long gym membership.

We are headed into a prolonged era of systemic epistemological retardation. The sad but inevitable next step in the post post-modernism/moral subjectivism zeitgeist, coinciding with an era of The Church not taking discipleship seriously. Neither side will be immune. The Left in total will believe every official narrative uncritically since they control the institutions, and seek to impose those narratives by any means necessary. Significant segments of the Right will reject them all, regardless of any objective evidence presented, as a reaction to that — and seek out increasingly radicalized gnostics grifters to feed their overall suspicions. The only vaccine to the contagion will be a Biblical worldview, because without it you will think either you are the truth, or truth is nowhere to be found. We are gonna painfully learn the definition of a narrow road.

Dermatology is wrong about the sun. And it's killing people. I'm a dermatologist. 226 publications. I should know. Avoiding the sun increases the risk of dying as much as being a smoker. We can fix it. For decades, dermatology's message has been simple: avoid the sun. Wear sunscreen. Seek shade. UV causes skin cancer. End of discussion. That message is incomplete and outdated. People are dying because of it. Lots of people. The evidence has gotten strong enough that the field needs to update it.🧵

Looks like I just need a mere 3,425 more followers to hit 100k...so if folks want to help make that happen sometime in, let's say, the next 48 hours, that would be awesome!

The year is 1950. Your doctor lights a cigarette and tells you smoking is fine. He read it in a study. He is telling the truth about having read it. He does not know, or is not saying, that the study was funded by the tobacco industry. The year is 1958. Your doctor tells you to eat less fat. The evidence is contested. The contestation is not in the public messaging. The food industry has been helpful in clarifying which findings deserve attention. Some researchers who published contradictory data have been quietly defunded. Ancel Keys is on the cover of Time magazine. The year is 1962. Your doctor prescribes thalidomide to your pregnant wife for morning sickness. It has been approved. The FDA gave it the green light in Europe. Twelve thousand children will be born with severe limb malformations before anyone in an official capacity acknowledges the problem. The families are told the drug was safe. The drug was approved. Both of these things remain true. The year is 1972. Your doctor prescribes Valium. Britain is in the grip of a benzodiazepine wave that will last two decades. The dependency risk is known internally. It is not shared. Your doctor is not lying to you. He was not told either. The year is 1999. Your doctor prescribes Vioxx for your arthritis. It is newer than ibuprofen, well-tolerated, and Merck has a study showing it works. Merck also has internal data suggesting it roughly doubles the risk of heart attack. This data will not reach your doctor for four more years. Fifty thousand people are estimated to have died in the interim. Merck eventually settles for 4.85 billion dollars. No criminal charges are brought. The year is 2002. Your doctor prescribes OxyContin. Purdue Pharma trained its sales representatives to tell doctors the addiction risk was less than one percent. That figure came from a letter, not a study. The letter was about patients with terminal cancer on short-term doses in hospital settings. Your doctor is a GP with a patient who has a bad back. Nobody draws a distinction. Nobody is required to. The year is 2008. Your doctor checks your cholesterol. Your LDL is elevated. You are prescribed a statin. Nobody mentions that the number needed to treat for primary prevention is approximately 250. Nobody mentions that the muscle deterioration you'll notice over the next two years is listed as a rare side effect rather than a documented pattern affecting a meaningful percentage of patients. The trial that informed the prescription was funded by the manufacturer. Now it is today. Your doctor has new guidelines. New studies. New consensus. He is confident. He has always been confident. The confidence has never been the problem. The confidence is, in fact, precisely the problem. Source: COVID19 VACCINE VICTIMS AND FAMILIES

The new surgeon general nominee, @NBSaphierMD, may have a great pro-life testimony, but she gets an F when it comes to all things MAHA. Does the president realize that she completely trashed him and @SecKennedy on everything they’ve been doing concerning autism? She wrote an entire op-ed for @WSJ a few WEEKS ago called “The Madness in RFK Jr.’s Autism Method”. She is one of the most pro-vaccine advocates in medicine, even defending Hep B on the first day of life. Dr. Saphier would be a catastrophic mistake on messaging and communicating with MAHA at a time where the coalition is very fragile. It will be perceived as the admin breaking another promise to them and embracing the status quo in health care that ended us smack dab in the middle of the chronic disease epidemic we now find ourselves in. My position isn’t to replace Dr. Saphier. It’s to completely DOGE the Surgeon General role. If we don’t, we risk accelerating the loss of one of the most activated voting blocs the GOP is already watching slip away.

Encouraging Erika Kirk to go home and raise her children is NOT being cruel. It’s being biblical. It’s where God wants her to be. Her children NEED a full-time mother. This is what’s best for Erika and her children. All true believers should understand this if they study God’s Word.

This is the most detailed MRI scan of an unborn baby. At just 20 weeks, she is moving, turning her head, kicking—even standing. Her beating heart is also visible. Human life is a miracle.
