Went from 260lbs with abs, diesel truck build and happy to 205lbs marathon, Honda civic/ razor scooter build and mad. Got another 20lbs of the cut to go. I’m gonna be able to start posting again.

Just hit 295lbs on bench and 1,018lbs on leg press, AFTER hitting 405 on squat for a few.😁😁 …..all while cutting the fat off of me bones 🦴🫡🫡🫡

Been training harder and harder, finally felt comfortable enough in my work that I can take relaxing breaks. 🫡💪🥊💥
