We have exciting NEWS in our program. Senior Taylor Helms BREAKS the school record for career kills earning at total 1,268 and most kills in a season with 552. Taylor will continue her volleyball career at Colorado School of Mines. We are so proud of you Taylor!

A mentally healthy athlete is a high-performing athlete. Take care of your mental health not just for its own sake, but also to help you succeed as an athlete.

Parents who cheer as loud for other children as they do their own are great parents to have around.

Getting angry at yourself after making mistakes in games isn’t going to help you play any better, so you might as well stay calm and continue to do the best you can. Leave your mistakes in the past. Learn from them, move on, and focus on what’s next!

As a coach, instead of yelling at your players for making mistakes, give them encouragement and instructions on how to play better.
