Sadly but probably for the right reasons the organisers of the walk have decided to reduce the walk to 13 miles because of the forecasted heat. So I have decided to walk 13 miles on Friday evening after work and 13 miles on Saturday in memory of mum @6am. justgiving.com/page/nick-smit…

@salbre81 @wembleystadium I was shocked they were not moved. I had my empty water bottle confiscated on arrival, it was 25ml above the allowed size, seriously in that heat!

I have to say I feel very sorry for Salford fans on Monday. They begged to be put into shade and they were given 1 water station with 45 mins queues. Apparently loads were passing out. Very poor by @wembleystadium

Jeepers, peepers, Southampton lose appeal. Correct decision. Cheating is cheating. Hull City will play Middlesbrough in Saturday’s Championship play-off final at 3.30pm at Wembley. Time for some contrition and reflection at St Mary’s. Time for reimbursing their fans and rebuilding their damaged reputation. Must be doubts over Tonda Eckert’s job now.
