What did I miss?
@RunningisBS your roving race reporter was at Brighton Marathon where the portaloos were plentiful, the new route utterly soul- destroying shit, the weather amazing but: no food at the finish. Nothing. Not one tiny banana. Is that even allowed?

2023 was the warmest year on record globally by a large margin. Another dark red stripe gets added, though I think I need a new colour.

Perhaps you’ve climbed county high points along the Trail without realising?!
Do experienced hillbaggers & trigbaggers have App tips to share (PeakFinder or OS ‘AR viewer’)to help people identify hills when on the Trail?

Our festive shop is live!
Don’t forget, when you shop with us you are supporting our mission to improve the lives of people who need to live gluten free.
Join us in spreading joy and making a difference this Christmas here: coeliac.org.uk/shop
@NickyJonesDeco@run4fitness Join parkrun friends Scotland. You can get them direct from the parkrun Australia shop but it’s a flat $25 shipping rate (I live in NZ and it’s the same for us).
@run4fitness@runswithbarcode Hi Emma, I realise that your tweet is from last year, but would you perhaps remember the name of the Scottish fb group you ordered your parkrun baseball hat from, please? I’d love to buy one of these!
Many thanks,
Nicky
@runswithbarcode I got it via a Scottish parkrun Facebook group. Admin man in there orders about 30 in bulk, then buy them off him, otherwise postage for small amount is ridiculous for us. Amazing quality cap, impressed.
@beckyexcell@JustLoveFoodCo I get that, but to place a product in the Free From aisle that states it can “be enjoyed by everyone” seems rather misleading! 🤔
I get messages about products in the ‘gluten free aisle’ that are not GF. Remember it’s not the ‘gf aisle’ it’s the FREE FROM AISLE! There’s fab products in the free from aisle that are not gluten free but perfect for those who are say nut, egg & milk free… like this cake!
